League commitments must be made by September 25th for girls and December
1st for boys so that schedules may be developed.
List ALL possible dates for Home games (MUST have at least FIVE).
The league entry fee is $200 PLUS a $50 refundable deposit (total of $250)
which MUST be paid by October 15th for girls and January 1st for boys. A $50 discount
is available to teams paying prior to the deadline. Send payment to:
